The Online Privacy Alliance believes that businesses and other entities who operate in the online, merchant accounts, or electronic commerce environment should take steps to ensure that the privacy of personally identifiable information collected from consumers is protected. We also stress that your website host should be secure from intrusion to protect your customer's information.
